You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update your information as necessary. Each person may only maintain one account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments add funds to your account balance, which is used to purchase services. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy — failed or undelivered orders are refunded to your account balance, and unused balance may be refunded to your original payment method as described in that policy. If you have a billing concern, please contact support before initiating a chargeback.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our service for any illegal purposes, to resell services without authorization, or to attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our platform in any way.

6. Service Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We do not guarantee specific delivery speeds or exact quantities. Minor over-delivery or under-delivery is normal and not grounds for refund.

SMM.WTF is not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
