This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations are handled at SMM.WTF. It applies to all orders and account deposits. Last updated August 21, 2026.

1. How Payments Work

Payments add funds to your account balance. You then use that balance to place orders for the services listed on our platform. Prices for each service are shown before you confirm an order.

2. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be completed or is not delivered, the amount charged for that order is refunded to your account balance. This happens automatically for orders our system marks as failed or canceled, and you can request it through support for any other case.

3. Partially Completed Orders

If an order is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your account balance proportionally. Minor over- or under-delivery within normal tolerances is expected and is not eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only while still pending and before processing begins with our providers. Once an order has started processing it can no longer be canceled. A pending deposit that has not yet been completed can be canceled at any time from your dashboard.

5. Unused Account Balance

You may request a refund of unused account balance to your original payment method within 30 days of the deposit, provided the funds have not been spent. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees. Refund requests are reviewed to prevent fraud and abuse.

6. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@smm.wtf with your account username and the order or deposit reference. We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
